5 things I can't live without

...not counting my family and friends, of course

By the way, this is what you do when you don't have any good post ideas or you have several of them but no time (or no pictures) to pull them off at the moment.

1. Behold the Chi...and that's all I have to say about that.....

2. Tyler Candles - I am some kind of candle conoisseur if I do say so myself, let me just tell you, and these are the best. I was once a Yankee Candle girl, then I graduated to the WoodWick ones (still love these) but nothing (and I do mean nothing) beats the Tyler Candle. Thanks to my friend, Gina, who turned me on to these.

3. Life Application Study Bible - I love, love, love this Bible and the commentary that is at the bottom of each page. It's a great study bible. I carry an NIV but we use this one at home a lot.

4. This one is kind of a seasonal must-have. Well, sort of; let me clarify. It's not that I only shave my legs SEASONALLY (ewww!) but the fact of the matter is that I don't treat myself to these razors year-round; just in the summertime when shaving is more frequent and sometimes needs to be done quickly.

5. And, last but not least, after 2 years or so I am still so very thankful and in love with THIS wonderful, fabulous, saves-my-life every single day GE Washer and Dryer. It IS the bomb, I want you all to know. It has a super huge capacity (um, I'm pretty sure 'super huge' is NOT the technical term) and the dryer dries a load EASILY in 30 minutes, oftentimes even less. The washer tells the dryer (did you hear me...they talk) what size load is coming and how much time it will need to dry the load completely. In addition, the dryer has a sensor that stops a cycle if the load dries more quickly than expected.

This list, mind you, is ever-changing but this is where I find myself today. Does it mean I'm old if my favorites list includes a Washer and Dryer?

Okay honey. You have gone from thought provoking, spiritual stuff to appliances and stinking candles? Long gone are the days of prayer concerns and encouraging scripture, and now we find ourselves with pictures of razors and flat irons?

The washer and dryer really are cool though. I just wish I could learn how to fold clothes well enough to be able to fully appreciate them...Love you.

You should try Slatkin Candles. I have one that smells exactly like a real Christmas Tree but they only sell it during the holidays...obviously.

They have other wonderful scents year round however. :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I, too, love Neutrogena. It always works wonders! I love my Chi. It always works wonders too!
